**What you’ll do**:

- Develop professional collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfactory outcomes for students and the University.
- Provide administrative support under the general guidance of the Manager, Scholarships and Prizes and to ensure operational efficiency.
- Participate as part of a high performing team to deliver efficient innovative initiatives contributing towards University’s strategic goals within the scope of the Division of Student Services & Operations.
- Work within identified processes to complete tasks efficiently and accurately with the ability to identify and escalate opportunities for process improvements within the identified scope.
- Represent the Scholarships and Prize Team at events within Tasmania and nationally if required.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Completion of a relevant qualification or an equivalent combination of skills, training and experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in a fast-paced office, excellent organisational skills and the ability to coordinate a range of administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills and excellent stakeholder management.
- Capacity to display initiative, solve problems and meet deadlines in a demanding and dynamic work environment.
- Manage complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long term projects with the urgency of day to day demands.
- Ability to work independently or within a team to deliver positive outcomes as well as achieve identified goals and objectives and while ensuring compliance.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with a wide range of information management systems and software and the capacity to acquire an understanding of new technologies as required.

**Salary details**

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 5 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $105,665 comprising base salary within the range of $80,869 to $90,312 plus 17% superannuation.
