**What we need**
A highly motivated Rostering Officer to join our friendly team

This position is a permanent full time position.

**What will you do?**
As the Rostering Officer, you will have the opportunity to:

- Maintain the Home Care Support Roster across the state
- Ensure the roster is filled with appropriate staff
- Ensure any leave is replaced appropriately to ensure mínimal disruption to clients
- Contacting clients with any changes to rostered visits
- provide general reception and administrative duties
- Attend meetings
- Manage incoming paperwork for relevant staff and clients
- Data entry and record keeping
- Assist with other duties related to Home Care Rostering as requested by the Manager Home Care

**What you bring to the role**
- Previous experience in rostering
- A sound knowledge of computers and Microsoft programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Calm and professional manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Can do attitude and flexible approach
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a pleasant phone manner
