**About the Role**:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic **Marketing Associate** to join our dynamic team in the engine oil and lubricants industry. This role is ideal for someone with **a foundational background in marketing**, particularly in launching or promoting **new brands or products** in the B2B and B2C sectors.

You’ll support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth across multiple channels. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our engine oil and lubricant products.
- Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches or brand rollouts.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Manage content creation and updates for marketing materials, brochures, website, and social media.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
- Help organize events, trade shows, and dealer/distributor activations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, resellers, and workshop partners.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive, lubricants, or industrial products space.
- Proven experience in supporting a **new brand launch or market entry** is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
