**THE ROLE**

We are currently seeking a full time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this role operates within our award-winning in-house marketing team, managing three direct reports. You will be responsible for strategic direction and implementation of innovative digital marketing and loyalty marketing strategy and to ensure business goals and growth targets are met. There is a strong focus on the growth of our loyalty programs across retail and trade and this role will play a key role in driving this strategy.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the online marketing for Beacon Lighting
- Managing digital initiatives, campaigns and projects within set budgets and deadlines, including but not limited to SEM, performance media & BVOD/SVOD, to drive traffic and sales online & offline
- Managing the strategic direction of the Beacon retail & trade loyalty programs aimed at increasing membership, engagement, and sales
- Analysing website performance in the context of online marketing, making recommendations for performance improvement where appropriate
- Leading & coaching the digital marketing team, including the Loyalty Marketing Coordinator (responsible for VIP and Trade Club communications and engagement initiatives), the Digital Marketing Coordinator & the Social Media Coordinator (responsible for the digital marketing and social media campaign management and influencer activities throughout the business)
- Presenting proposed digital initiatives and campaign post analysis to the leadership team in fortnightly marketing planning meetings
- Trouble shooting and tracking the resolution and completion of technical issues
- Working collaboratively with partners both internally & externally across Beacon and media agency to fulfill digital initiatives
- Working with our in-house design team and contributing to creative ideation of digital campaigns

**ABOUT YOU**

With an enthusiastic attitude and a passion for digital & loyalty marketing, you will preferably have minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar digital & loyalty marketing leadership role. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- High level of competency in data analytics is essential, including a strong knowledge of both GA4 & Power BI (or similar). Must have strong analytical and interpretational skills
- Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level in a fast-paced retail environment thus allowing you to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work comfortably with all levels within an organisation
- Exemplary attention to detail
- A desire to keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and implement innovative techniques to stay ahead of competitors
