**Base + Super + Uncapped Commission (First year OTE $75k+)**

Have you recently graduated and not sure what your career looks like?

IQPC are looking for a delegate sales executive to join the team. This role will see you contacting senior level executives to get them to attend our Large Scale in person events. The role will give you exposure to market research, warm outbound sales, marketing and give you insight into a wide range of different industries.

Our amazing clients include some of the biggest brands in B2B, including **Cisco, IBM, Qlik, Salesforce, Zoom** to name just a few.

**The Role**:

- Research companies and generate call lists for potential clients
- Identify, call, qualify and sell to a potential delegates
- Attend sales brief meetings and follow-up briefs with conference producer
- Develop and deliver value proposition (VP) with Sales Manager for each conference sold
- Work closely with Sales Manager to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relations with clients to ensure repeat and ongoing business

- A strong communicator with the ability to engage with senior-level decision makers on the phone, or via virtual meetings

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
