A Local Government Agency based in Broadmeadows requires a Database and Application Administrator

**Your new role**
In this exciting and challenging new role, you will be:
- Logging, monitoring and resolving support calls via a service desk ticketing system
- Providing administration with Microsoft 365
- Undertaking analysis of service delivery needs across the Division and developing customer focussed insights to formulate recommendations for future service delivery initiatives.
- Providing specialist advice regarding data reporting requirements and frameworks.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working in an Application Support role providing L3 Support
- Experience with working with 3rd party vendors
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with coding (VBS, VB, Csharp) will be highly regarded
