Key Tasks
- Establish and execute a learning strategy and framework for all level roles across the three core pillars of the business with an initial focus on Graduates.
- Develop instructional materials (through multiple mediums) that transform information into engaging instructional materials
- Lead Learning projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurements for successful implementation
- Partner with business SME’s and leaders to design, curate, and manage learning content
- Understand related fields—usability and experience design, information design, communications, and technologies
- Be the voice of the learner, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of our content design
- Drive innovation and value in the experience of engaging with learning
- Be accountable for design standards and asset management of digital content

About you...
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Relevant qualifications in training and assessment
- Self-starter who can work independently but also collaborate
- Have led, or participated in, the development of a learning strategy
- Business Analysis/Quality Assurance/Project Management Technical experience/expertise - desirable
- Experience facilitating and delivering training with well-defined measurable outcomes, that can be actioned to continually improve delivery and impact.
- Digital learning content management experience
- Learning content design and curation experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
- Conceptually and intuitively understand how people learn
