- We’re looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our Macedon Ranges Health team in Gisborne. You will provide reception and administration services as well as working with clients and service providers.
**A typical day will have you**:
- Perform intake/reception and administrative duties to meet customer needs
- Manage and disseminate promotional resources and information about Macedon Ranges Health to clients/families
- Provide quality customer experience as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and referrals to the service
- Complete referrals to service, advise clients of eligibility for services and schedule client appointment
- Process client payments at counter/via telephone including processing Medicare & PHI claims and maintaining internal invoicing
- Perform administrative tasks as delegated by the Team Leader, manage booking systems and update customer records
- Maintain and update clinician rosters within the client management system
- Monitor OH&S issues and participate in OH&S audits
**We’re looking for someone with**:
- Certificate 3 or 4 Business or equivalent qualifications/experience
- Relevant experience in reception and or administration role
- Previous experience working in a health; aged care or community service setting
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office tools
