**Principal Objective**:
Rosebel Gold Mines is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Document Controller & PMS Administrator** to oversee the full lifecycle of technical and administrative documents—ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations. This role will also manage the administration of the online **Project Management System (PMS)**, ensuring all required documents are uploaded in a timely and compliant manner.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Document Control**:

- Compose, review, receive, distribute, and retain documents appropriately.
- Establish and maintain document storage systems (physical, electronic, and backups).
- Maintain document records and ensure timely publication and version control.
- Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and confidentiality protocols.
- Support smooth interdepartmental collaboration through controlled document access and workflows.

**PMS Administration**:

- Upload required documents to the PMS platform and ensure they meet company standards.
- Ensure coherence and consistency of uploaded documents per company protocols.
- Assist teams with PMS-related training and usage support.
- Provide administrative support in maintaining standardized project documentation processes.
- A tertiary qualification in **Civil/Construction Engineering or Project Management**.
- ** 3 to 5 years of experience** in document control or records management, ideally in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in **document management systems**, metadata handling, and retrieval techniques.
- Experience with **online PMS systems**, preferably within the Zijin Mining Group.
- Familiarity with **Chinese construction standards** and **Chinese drafting styles**.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Certification in document or records management (e.g., Certified Document Controller or Certified Records Manager) is a plus.
- ** Fluent in Dutch and English. Mandarin and Sranan Tongo is an advantage.**
- Willingness to work on **mine site** on a **rotational schedule of 14 days of work followed by 7 days break**.
- ** Openness to continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies.**
