**Your role**:

- Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised, passionate, and dynamic individual for this exciting and challenging role.

Reporting to the COO, you will undertake the following:

- The full coordination of projects assigned, ensuring that all allocated projects are fully manned, and all contractual and legal requirements are complied with.
- The management of applicable project clients to ensure productive and harmonious working relationships.
- The full management of all direct reports, providing each team member with guidance and leadership to enable them to perform their roles and meet the objectives of the company. A core focus of your position is to lead your team and provide them with the foundations to excel in their roles.
- Ensure that qualified employees are recruited and onboarded for allocated projects.
- In conjunction with HR, lead the personnel management, disciplinary management and leave scheduling for your allocated projects.
- Facilitate the purchase and mobilisation of consumables, equipment and vehicles for allocated projects.
- Attendance at site meetings for allocated projects.
- Providing coverage on allocated projects when required.
- Facilitate the scheduling of maintenance, compliance and/or re-certification of the company’s and client equipment and vehicles.
- Work with HSEQ to ensure HSEQ compliance across all allocated projects.
- Attend project sites to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- In consultation with company doctors, ensure compliance with medical governance policies and procedures for company projects. Ensure that all medical policies and procedures are adequately rolled out to all applicable staff and that each staff member has received sufficient training regarding the use of the policies and procedures. Ensure the policies and procedures are reviewed in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist in the creation, review and/or implementation of applicable policies and procedures for clients.
- Assist with staff training. This may include providing accredited and non-accredited training when required.
- Provide technical advice regarding projects and clients for operational and/or tendering purposes.
- Coach and mentor, the PI operational teams regarding medical processes and procedures.

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- AHPRA Registered Paramedic/Nurse, or Medic.
- Valid Manual Drivers License.
- Certification III in Emergency Response and Rescue (or equivalent) - highly regarded.
- Remote trauma experience - highly regarded.
- Excellent people management skills are a must.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability effectively manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Managing and complying with processes and procedures.
- Analysing information.
- Problem solving.
- Organised and always meets deadlines.
- Professionalism.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a medical or emergency response role.
