We're seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in connecting with leads, nurturing relationships, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. This role is designed with a clear progression path top performers will transition into a Digital Marketing Growth Specialists position, taking full ownership of the sales cycle and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Client Engagement: Call and message prospects from our CRM to establish rapport, nurture relationships, and book appointments.
  • Follow Sales Scripts: Confidently follow proven scripts and adapt conversations to each lead's needs.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; ensure high show-up rates.
  • Inbound Lead Handling: Respond to all inbound calls and leads, qualifying and booking them into appointments.
  • Facebook Group Outreach: Engage with prospects in targeted Facebook groups, initiate conversations, and convert contacts into appointments.
  • Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with prospects via calls, SMS, email, and messenger to maximize booking rates.
  • Email Campaigns: Collaborate on and execute email outreach campaigns to drive attention and appointment bookings.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep CRM records updated, track all interactions, and maintain accurate notes.
  • Show Rate Maximisation: Use reminders and follow-up strategies to ensure prospects attend booked calls.
  • Progression to Closer: As you master the appointment setting process, you'll begin handling full sales calls and closing deals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on scripts, processes, and campaigns to help us get better every day.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred (digital marketing industry a plus).
  • Confident communicator comfortable on the phone, in DMs, and via email.
  • Driven, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, online communication tools, and social media platforms.
  • Highly organized with great time management skills.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility (including closing sales).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
