Your Mission

Hunt for new business – generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.

Own the sales cycle – from prospecting to closing, you'll manage every step.

Drive performance – exceed quarterly targets and push into commission accelerators.

Build your pipeline – maintain a healthy flow of opportunities using CRM tools.

Collaborate smartly – leverage internal appointment setters and marketing support.

What You Bring

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a hunter-style role.

A proven track record of winning new business and smashing targets.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivation, resilience, and a competitive edge.

Ability to thrive in a high-energy, performance-focused culture.

Year 1 Earnings – minimum $150K+ including base, super, uncapped commission, and car allowance.
