The focus of the Relationship Associate position will be to increase participation rates within the Novated Leasing business through the execution of marketing and sales plans.

The fundamental purpose of this role is to deliver onsite sales and education activities which generate sales opportunities for the respective businesses. Typically these activities will include presentations and consultations within the client workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

- Grow participation rates through quality lead generation across the full product offering in order to feed the sales pipeline in accordance with set targets
- Pro-actively facilitate maximum access via the development of strong employer relationships at lower and middle management levels for all employers
- Support and adhere to the agreed sales and marketing plans for the product offering
- Maximise employee interest through focused and well executed education sessions
- Manage a portfolio including scheduling, booking and conducting all required education sessions
- In accordance with set requirements, submit detailed, accurate and timely activity reports

What are we looking for?
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Highly developed Business Development and/or Account Management experience managing a portfolio of accounts in a sales focused environment
- Demonstrated commitment to driving initiatives aimed towards improving the customer’s experience
- Proactive, self-motivated and goal driven
- Strong understanding of MS Outlook
- Demonstrated capability to engage customers and clients from various backgrounds and levels
- Demonstrated capability to translate complex product knowledge and concepts into easily understood concepts
- The ability to deliver charismatic and energetic presentations which engages the customer
- Track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfaction
