**Overview**

This role is primarily responsible for executing ATO reporting obligations of the Retirement & Superannuation Solutions business unit of Link Group, to ensure that reporting to the ATO on behalf of Link Group’s superannuation clients is complete and accurate

**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that reporting to the ATO on behalf of fund admin clients is complete and accurate including reporting via SuperStream.
- Exhibit role model behaviours to enhance the morale of the team.
- Execute the unclaimed super money, Covid 19 Super Early Release, MAAS and MATS processes within the Link ATO team including liaising with key stakeholders in particular CPMs.
- Attending to requests from the ATO arising from audits, reviews, questionnaires, queries etc, initiatives and remediation.
- Assisting with the implementation of regulatory and/or business change into our registry system.
- Ensuring that ATO specifications arising from change are rigorously tested prior to release into production.
- Ensuring that key controls (including reconciliations) in our ATO reporting processes are evident and working effectively.
- Identifying, promptly raising and rectifying / remediating incidents.
- To identify and escalate issues, concerns and opportunities arising from the above to the reporting manager.

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- An understanding of superannuation legislation and compliance & regulatory issues.
- Understanding of ATO reporting requirements, processes and structures for superannuation purposes.
