City Edge Apartment Hotels is a growing group of hotels and serviced apartments. Our guests and our associates are at the heart of everything we do. City Edge Apartment Hotels operates five apart-hotels in Melbourne.

We are looking to appoint two friendly and professional Guest Service Agents to join our Front Office Team on a Part-Time basis.

The Role:

- Reporting to the Hotel Manager
- Provide guests with high quality service throughout their stay
- Assist guests with Check-In, Check-Out and Information Services throughout their stay
- Can do multi tasks such as public area cleaning and room cleaning at times
- Create a great first and lasting impression of the brand
- Work a variety of AM and PM shift across weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Ideally you will have:

- Experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Can-Do attitude
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering gracious and dependable hospitality
- The resilience and confidence to handle guest inquiries and concerns
- The ability to anticipate guest needs
- A current driver's licence
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- A fun & supportive approach to teamwork
- Knowledge and experience working with GuestCentrix PMS preferred but not compulsory
- Knowledge and experience working with Siteminder and BookingButton preferred but not compulsory
