**Here’s a snapshot of your day**:

- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
- Reviews assigned work orders.
- Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
- Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
- Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
- Reviews work orders, estimates time and materials needed to repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies.
- Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.Responds quickly to emergency situations**Skills and experience**:

- Relevant and valid OH&S cards preferred, such as License for operating a Forklift, Elevating Work Platform, and Work Safely At Heights.
- Suitable Trade qualifications or experience in plumbing is highly desirable, and hands-on with building repair/carpentry work.
- Basic knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work.
- Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial environment.Valid Driver’s License.**Can we inspire you to join us?**
