**Maintenance/Handyperson**

**Full-time**

**Monday to Friday days**

**Enjoying various tasks, your main duties will include, however are not limited to**:

- Performing a wide range of repairs,maintenance, and installation tasks, in accordance with building codes and safety regulations
- Conducting routine inspections to identify and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, plant and equipment
- Hanging of artworks
- Maintaining antique clocks
- Changing of light globes
- Patching, painting, tiling and basic carpentry as required
- Assisting numerous tradesmen in various tasks
- Keeping work areas and amenities clean at all times
- Ensuring compliance with all Workplace Health and Safety and WorkCover requirement

**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following**:

- A strong work ethic, work well in a team environment and be considerate of others
- Punctual, reliable and have a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and be self-sufficient to complete tasks within the set timeframes and to budget
- Possess strong attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Current Drivers Licence and a willingness to assist with the moving of cars
- A good level of physical fitness as the role involves lifting, moving and pushing

You will have the ability to work under pressure and take satisfaction in contributing to ensuring the club is well presented and safe for our members, guests and staff.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SYDNEY CBD, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
