Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Canberra

**Salary**: $65 per hour

About the Client:
A major provider of air traffic control and aviation rescue in Australia is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a modernisation project. This role requires coordination and management skills, financial management expertise, stakeholder analysis, and project administration proficiency. Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager may be required, and the role may involve travel to different locations.

Duties will include:

- Supporting the Project Manager
- Handling financial and information management.
- Developing and communicate team updates.
- Assisting with stakeholder analysis, travel coordination, and project administration.
- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of coordination experience (preferably in people and technology),
- Demonstrable experience engaging with geologically diverse project teams,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with ICT and business stake holders,
- Knowledge of project management, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrable experience in analytical thinking and problem solving.

Note: Australian citizenship is mandatory. This role may require some travel across Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane.
