**3 month term contract, **offering a level of work location flexibility.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In collaboration with the Senior Manager and Project Manager prepare project plans and deliver on a range of facilities related projects as directed.
- Prepare a range of short -term Request for Quotes to deliver ad hoc projects or procure goods and services as required.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders and negotiate suitable timeframes to minimise the impact to classes.
- Coordinating building repairs and upgrades, Work Health and Safety will form a critical responsibility in coordinating such works.
- Maintain appropriate WHS practices when visiting campus sites to ensure relevant Personal Protective Equipment is used, specifically in high risk work spaces.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Extensive experience coordinating small to medium projects, specifically related to facilities management and the delivery of capital works projects.
- Delivering a range of corrective actions related to recent Work Health and Safety audits will also form a key responsibility of this position.
