- 254022As the Project Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Program Coordinator and be responsible for program governance and assisting numerous project managers with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation to ensure timely delivery of concurrent projects.

Major areas of responsibility include managing the preparation of project communications and papers to the executive and governance committees, coordinating access to the taskforce document repositories and reference material, including maintaining and controlling program documentation and registers, maintaining and demonstrating knowledge of the program's assets, stakeholders, and dependencies, preparing and maintaining project and procedural documentation in accordance with record-keeping policies and procedures, planning and coordinating taskforce-related activities as directed, performing general administrative duties as required, and committing to the AMSA Code of Conduct and Values.

To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated experience in supporting the execution of projects, proven administrative skills with strong attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated experience in preparing written correspondence and reports, proven ability to communicate succinctly and clearly at all levels within an organisation, excellent time management skills with the ability to handle a variety of competing tasks, and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a small, dynamic team environment.
