Toolprocure is one of Australia’s leading Precision Engineering cutting tool companies servicing the Metal working industry since 2010. Located in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide, Toolprocure prides itself on its modern, state-of-the art airconditioned facility using some of the latest operating systems and manufacturing equipment.

We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to support to our sales and logistics team, answering phones, co-ordinating incoming shipments, Liaising with suppliers, assist with capturing sales orders, and general adhoc duties. You would be working closely with a team of professionals in an office / warehouse environment utilsing the latest cloud based inventory control systems.

**About the role**

Tasks typically involve:

- Data entry
- Shipment updates
- Supplier liaison
- Customs co-ordination

**About You**
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Good presentation
- A self-motivated attitude and able to work autonomously or within a team
- Own transport
- Prior experience working with inventory control systems / logistics an advantage

This part-time position offers good flexibility with a wide-range of job functions ensuring it will be challenging yet rewarding within a growing company. We have a friendly and professional work environment with modern technology.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
