**Essendon Mitsubishi & Nissan are looking for a Casual Administration Officer. This position will form part of the administration team and will be responsible for all areas of administration activities.**

**About the role**:

- Aid the accounts and administrative team when needed
- Answering Phones and actioning requests
- Assisting with all communications, internal and external
- Provide administrative support to team leaders and staff
- General administrative duties

**Do you have the folowing?**
- At least 1 years’ experience in an admin focused role
- An eye for detail
- A friendly phone manner
- Ability to work unsupervised
- The confidence to multi task effectively
- High level of enthusiasm and resilience
- Willingness to learn new skills and tasks
- Dealership and ERA experience will be highly regarded
