Accounts Receivable Administrator Needed, Leading Security Based Company, Excellent Salary, Full Time

Hays Recruitment Ballarat have partnered with a leading provider of security services and consultancy in Ballarat, the organisation is going through a growth phase with acquisition of security companies in Geelong and more recently Bendigo.
The organisation is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Admin to join their team on a full time basis.

**Your new role**
As an experienced Accounts Receivable Admin you will be responsible for the following:

- Generate, collate and managing invoicing
- Installations billing
- Maintenance, Servicing and Faults billing
- Manpower billing and record maintenance
- Debtor maintenance
- Liaise as required with field staff to ensure the accuracy of information required to complete invoicing
- Generating weekly reports on invoicing
- Generating Periodic Database Reports

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least two years’ experience in an accounts receivable position and ideally work experience with a manufacturing or customer service-based industry
- Proven experience with MYOB EXO financial management software or other similar a multi dimension cloud-based accounting software package
- High level of financial competency
- Proven customer and relationship management experience
- Experience with business planning and working to structures business performance targets
- Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office 365 products - Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with contemporary CRM systems would be favourably considered
