Backed by world-class brands such as Lockwood, Yale, Whitco, and Abloy, we combine global expertise with local excellence to lead the way in safety, security, and performance.**About the Role**We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Accounts Receivable Officer** to join our Finance team in Cheltenham, Victoria.In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and control of company receivables, ensuring accurate processing and timely collections in line with company policy.Key responsibilities include:* Managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function.* Contacting customers and maintaining accurate collection notes.* Implementing proactive collection strategies to minimise doubtful debt.* Processing daily banking receipts and reconciling accounts.* Conducting credit checks and assessing new customer applications.* Investigating and resolving claims or disputes with internal teams.* Assisting with month-end tasks, audits, and ad hoc finance duties.**About You**You’re a motivated finance professional who enjoys balancing accuracy with relationship-building. You take ownership of your work, communicate confidently, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.What you’ll bring:* 1–2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.* Strong reconciliation and dispute resolution skills.* Familiarity with Microsoft AX Dynamics (or similar ERP system).* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.* A friendly yet assertive approach when engaging with customers.**Why Join Us**We’re part of a global company that opens doors — literally and figuratively.
