**The opportunity**:
UP Education has an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic, strategic and experienced leader to provide inspirational and decisive leadership as CEO for Acknowledge Education in Melbourne, Australia.

A rare opportunity to join Acknowledge Education as CEO; you will have a clear focus to develop and implement strategic plans that continue to drive the exceptional growth of AE. This includes identifying opportunities for diversification and expansion and optimising existing business operations and enabling scale.

Reporting into the UP Group CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the institution's long-term sustainability and growth while maintaining a culture of academic excellence, innovation, collaboration, and diversity and inclusion. The incumbent will have a strong track record of success; with the ability to lead change initiatives, manage complex organizations, leverage shared services, and build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Key Selection Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Demonstrated success in managing complex organizations and leading change initiatives
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial modelling, and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to foster a positive and productive organisational culture that values academic excellence, innovation, collaboration, and diversity and inclusion
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends in higher education, with International a preference
