**Role Overview**:
We’re hiring Sitemate’s first **Technical Recruiter**, a unique opportunity to build and shape the internal recruitment function from the ground up. This is not a standard recruiter role - you’ll combine hands-on recruitment execution with **ATS automation (Ashby), process optimisation, and hiring analytics** to deliver scalable, high-quality hiring outcomes across engineering, product, and GTM teams.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, drive ~20 engineering hires in the next 6 months, and later expand into GTM recruitment. With exposure to onboarding and People Ops projects, this role provides a fast-tracked pathway to a broader career in People.

- Based: Sydney, Australia
- Remuneration (Excluding Super): AUD $90,000-120,000

- You will be remunerated based on your performance. If you are performing well, you won’t need to wait 3 years or have to find better offers elsewhere to receive an increase to your remuneration. 7 out of the last 10 remuneration increases for Sitemate team members have been made pro-actively by management, without the individual needing to even raise the topic of remuneration.
