**The Company**

Based in central Melbourne, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with wfh opportunities once out of training.

**The Role**
This is not your standard client services role Join the sales team and manage end-to-end projects, be your client's advocate, work toward deadlines, and manage internal and external stakeholders all whilst building strong customer relationships.

6-month temporary role, immediate start with a high chance of extension. Work in the office full time initially whilst in training, with work-from-home flexibility once you have been fully trained and have all of the tools needed to excel in this role.

**DUTIES**
- Manage outbound and inbound calls to your allocated clients
- Coordinate and manage a variety of projects at any one time
- Stakeholder management - both internal and external
- Collaborate with internal teams to work towards the same common goal
- Provide high-level customer service
- Update the database and multiple systems
- Work towards set targets and KPIs
- Hold weekly meetings to update your clients on project timelines
- Act as an escalation point for customer issues
- Work with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing
- Administration and ad-hoc duties as required
- Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm - full-time role

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Recent experience with stakeholder management is a must
- Experience within the banking or financial services space is desirable
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- An understanding of KYC processes and regulations is desirable
- Immediate availability with the capacity to work for 6 months and extend past this time
