We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join the team within a well established water blasting company located in Ipswich. This is a full time 3 month assignment.
Applicants will need to have:
- Previous experience in administration (MYOB Premier or EXO highly desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities
- Proven time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Duties within this role will include:
- Answering phones and handling enquiries
- Working with service and warehousing team
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Maintaining office supplies and filing systems
- Administering and maintaining databases
- Processing and recording invoices
- Setting up new suppliers
- Arranging logistics
