**The Role**

At YHI POWER, we strive to provide growth and opportunities for our employees. We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Support / Office Administrator to join our head office team in Braeside, Melbourne.

**Main responsibilities**:
1. In this role, you will work closely with Sales Representatives and customers, handling responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
2. Professionally and promptly processing customer orders, quotes, and telephone inquiries.

3. Ensuring customer orders are delivered as per the promised delivery date.

4. Proactively managing customer interactions via telephone and identifying opportunities to upsell.

5. Assisting walk-in customers.

6. Supporting stocktaking and stock reconciliation activities.

7. Performing general office duties.

**Essential Experience Needed**

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

2. A proactive approach and ability to learn quickly.

3. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

5. Meticulous attention to detail.

6. A can-do attitude, positive outlook, and strong team spirit.

8. Experience with the SAP SD module is advantageous but not essential.
