**Your new role**
- Preparing quotes
- Administrative support for all other service colleagues & contractors
- Scheduling technicians for onsite work
- Organising training courses
- Investigating and raising customer credit requests

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior contact centre experience
- Enthusiastic, task focused, team player
- Ability to work with processes
- Good communication skills both written & verbal
