- Coordinate jobs from initial quote through to final product
- Communicate with retail customers, suppliers, production, and sales representatives
- Proactively develop customer relationships over the phone
- Build rapport and resolve customer queries in a constructive manner
- Handle difficult problems or complaints to provide desired solutions
- Deal with internal staff or departments daily to achieve required outcomes.
- Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with customer enquiries
**Experience & Qualifications**
- A background in retail, manufacturing, events, or the printing industry
- Clear and concise communication skill in person and over the phone
- Have a passion for customer service, can multitask and problem solve
- Attention to detail and can work independently or team environment
- Demonstrated experience working within a busy environment
You will have clear and concise communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines with the passion and energy to achieve target.
