**About The Role**

In your role as Operations and Maintenance Support Assistant, you’ll be supporting both LPG Operations and Engineering team by taking responsibility for document management, coordinating tasks within our maintenance management systems, and completing SAP and Salesforce maintenance administration. You’ll live our value of ‘Finding a Better Way’ by reviewing documentation and processes and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Support the SAP work order management / closure and assurance activity across the LPG business
- Working with closely with system analysts, validate SAP and Salesforce data accuracy and keeping them in a healthy state
- Planning and forecast support for essential maintenance, resourcing, and stock management
- Ensure that office functions (administration, document control, filing system, tank registrations and records, clerical recording, software licensing) are effectively managed and organised
- Work with Senior Leaders and their direct reports to define new business reporting requirements
- Working across functions to ensure that tasks are prioritised to ensure business deadlines are met through general administrative support
- Preparation of meetings, actions and follow up reporting across different BU functions
- Coordination and support of maintenance across fixed terminal assets, fleet, and customer sites - this will include procedural updates where applicable

**About You**

To be considered for this role, here’s what we’re looking for:

- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP work order / maintenance management
- Demonstrated track record in building strong relationships, supporting various teams and showing initiative
- Demonstrated ability to create, maintain and improve systems and business processes
- Demonstrated background in site administration or similar with the capability to multitask and work effectively under pressure (essential)
- Strong attention to detail, reliable and be self-motivated
- Experience of working in a heavy Industrial, maintenance and or service industry, which is highly regulated will be highly regarded
