**The Role**:
The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring HMG’s assets are maintained to a high standard. This role requires a highly motivated individual and the key responsibilities of the role include:

- Identify the planned maintenance requirements for 50+ machines, based on forecasted inbound and outbound volumes and adjust to ensure continued service levels are maintained.
- Understand and manage critical parts/inventory of machines to ensure mínimal machine downtime
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedule is maintained and executed in line with regulatory, manufacturer, lease requirements and standards
- Support the Leadership team with annual Capital Expenditure recommendations and spend
- Manage third-party contractors to support in the health and utilisation of machines
- Engage with workshop leaders to ensure mínimal machine downtime and superior machine utilisation
- Engage with business stakeholders with the identification of Continuous Improvement activities
- Provide leadership and direction to a small team to ensure maximum production, innovation, and lean manufacturing principles.

**About You**:

- Trade Qualified or Engineering Degree or equivalent
- 5 plus years’ experience in maintenance management
- Knowledge of relevant OH&S legislation
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
- Proven planning and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
