About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Migration Assistant / Graduate Migration Consultant to join our growing migration team. This role involves supporting senior consultants and registered migration agents in managing client files, preparing visa documentation, and maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and lodgement of visa and nomination applications.
  • Conduct research and maintain up-to-date client records.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the migration team.
  • Communicate with clients and government departments as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or qualification in Migration Law or related discipline (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • 1–2 years of generalist administrative or migration support experience desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
