Located in outback terrain amongst the Selwyn Ranges and on the banks of the Leichhardt River, this town is home to one of the most productive single mines and the southern hemisphere's largest rodeo. Spend your days off fishing, camping, and simply enjoying an outback sunset or exploring Lawn Hill Gorge in Boodjamulla National Park and the neighbouring world heritage listed Riversleigh Fossil Fields.
