**Your Key Accountabilities will include**:

- Provide quality administrative services to Policelink including word processing, managing diaries and organising meetings.
- Prepare and process correspondence and returns in accordance with approved procedures including assisting with the preparation of Ministerial Portfolio Statements, Cabinet and Ministerial Submissions and other departmental correspondence.
- Implement and maintain correspondence and administration systems and procedures to support effective and efficient management of Policelink.
- Record and prepare minutes and agendas for meetings.
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders on behalf of the senior management and negotiate with internal and external clients in relation to the procurement of services, equipment and supplies.
- Respond to, and action requests relating to the repair, maintenance and service of equipment, vehicle and facility needs and undertake purchasing and financial responsibilities in accordance with State Government and Service policies and procedures including use of and reconciliation of a corporate credit card.
- Manage travel arrangements including preparing itineraries, arranging travel allowances and booking and payment of travel, hire cars and accommodation
- Assist with the management of Policelink assets, including maintaining an Assets Register, annual stocktakes, and provision of advice on the acquisition and disposal of assets.
- Respond to and coordinate booking request for vehicles, carparks, equipment, training rooms and venues to enable effective business operations.
- Manage Policelink's security access system and ensure the processing of building maintenance requests.
