**Job Summary**
Build, implement & lead the ANZ Commercial Operations structure & technology roadmap ensuring alignment to strategic vision.

**Essential Functions & Accountabilities**
1. Build & maintain business partner relationships with functional leads while maintaining the ability to challenge with independent constructive feedback
2. Perform assessment & external benchmarking of processes & technology to identify gaps & opportunities
3. Define local technology needs that drive change with innovative solutions & optimise sales team productivity & effectiveness
4. Manage commercial operations processes that underpin sales productivity, effectiveness & compliance
5. Active member of the ANZ leadership team - contributing to the overall ANZ business strategy
6. Develop & foster a mutually beneficial relationship with the regional and global teams
7. Seek feedback & collaboration with key stakeholders through workshops, training sessions & strategic role partnerships
8. Support & enable strategic execution
9. Manage key market research data collection processes including the development of a local competitor intelligence process
10. Develop plans to proactively identify gaps & provide targeted deep insights based on commercial operations team customer, patient & market analytics & insights
11. Define & manage customer segmentation process to develop market-aligned customer profiling parameters & sales force targeting metrics
12. Define & analyse sales team performance KPIs that predict sales force effectiveness and productivity
13. Lead development, maintenance & communication of effective, commercially focused performance dashboards & reports
14. Lead the deployment of sales force effectiveness analytics including sales force sizing & optimization, & field force plan of action
15. Lead the sales incentive compensation planning & reporting process with continual improvement & benchmarking
16. Create a high-performing Commercial Operations Team, with a focus on development and continuous improvement

**Scope**
- Support sales & marketing managers to create bespoke, customer-centric, profitable customer engagement strategies
- Initiate, drive & embed an ANZ data & analytics program fueled by a local culture of curiosity & self-service
- Build market research & competitive data collection processes to provide insights for an agile & competitive edge
- Simple, motivating and sustainable incentive compensation plans with an efficient and agile management process
- Commercial Operations processes that deliver integrated & efficient delivery of associated team responsibilities

**Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years of related experience in commercial operations & effectiveness within life sciences or FMCG industries
