**The Company**

Based at 503-505 Kent Street Sydney (near townhall station) our company has the capacity for a pro-active and enthusiastic Leasing Associate to join and grow with us. Expereince preferred.

**The Role**

This role allows you to grow and develop your current skill set whilst working closely with small, efficient and dynamic team that is determined to provide excellent property management services to its clients.

**Key Tasks/Responsibilities (not limited to) include**:

- SATURDAY ROLE
- Conducting open for inspections for rental properties
- Assisting with general rental enquiries
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and building solid long-term relationships with owners and tenants
- Responding to tenant enquiries and communicating status updates
- Assist other staff if and when required.

- Ability to multi-task

- Proficient computer skills (Office suite of products)
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently and effectively

- Driver’s license
