**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Lease Administration Associate, you’ll form part of a wider team situated on our Federal Government account. You will ensure your duties and responsibilities are performed in accordance with client service agreements. You will be responsible for the successful administration of revenue and expenditures leases of the client’s contractual and legislative obligations.
**An Overview of the role**:
Compile performance information for Property Managers and Account Directors
Monthly audit compliance reporting
Abstracting new leases
Collect rent-roll data and report
Action inbox queries
Be the escalation point for various internal/external entities
Complete ad-hoc invoicing
Monitor data integrity within the utilised systems
Assist Property Managers in drafting LAA’s/PGPA’s
Action CPI/fixed rent reviews in GEMS system
Contribute to broader JLL team’s delivery on Annual Business Plan and additional projects
**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Prior property experience or qualifications not required for the role however may be advantageous
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems and processes quickly
Australian Citizenship is essential due to client requirement to obtain relevant security clearance
Current Baseline Security Vetting would be highly beneficial
Excellent team player and a sound administrator
Able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
