**About the role at Commonwealth Bank**

The primary responsibility for the Lending & Leasing Associate team is to contribute to the overall servicing of Institutional and Corporate clients by managing and maintaining the lending and leasing portfolio of clients which are located both domestically and internationally. You will input and review corporate lending and Structured Asset Finance requests in the system via Loan IQ, which ultimately enables our team to successfully execute transactions.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Management and Ongoing Improvement - Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Quality Assurance - Ensure processes, procedures and tools meet quality requirements set by the organization
