Situated in a quiet street off Toorak Road. The hotel of choice for corporate, long-stay and leisure travelers.
- 47 studio, one and two bedroom apartments with kitchen facilities
- Conference room and onsite gym facilities
- Onsite parking & close to public transport.

**Your day to day**:
Reporting to the Hotel Manager and Night Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest.
- Complete the night shift at the hotel - 11.00pm to 7.00am
- Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints after hours (check-in, check-out, during stay)
- Provide resolutions to after-hours complaints and problems across our network of hotels in Melbourne
- Identify new ways to leave guests with a lasting memorable experience
- Process the nightly audits and reports for all Melbourne hotels
- Respond to security and emergency situations in a safe and professional matter
- Display strong attention to detail & self-motivation
- Build strong and authentic relationships with your teammates and our guests
- Work independently with an ownership mindset but also with a team focus
