A leading global technology company is currently looking to hire an experienced Practice Engagement Manager who will be responsible for all Data & Analytics clients and portfolio of accounts for both IT and Business. Additionally, you will work closely with segment and account leadership to build account plans and is responsible for delivering on the plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all Data & Analytics clients for your portfolio of assigned accounts - both IT and Business.
- Work with segment and account leadership to build account plans and is responsible for delivering on the plans
- Management of multiple accounts with P&L of $60MM+
- Client relationship management and business development for both Chief Data office or Chief Digital officer’s organization, manage client relationships, grow the portfolio by 25-30% Y0Y, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
- Go-to market strategy and build a strong go-to-market with contextualized offerings relevant for clients, partnerships in order to address client needs comprehensively and in a differentiated manner, planning and executing campaigns for pipeline creation.
- Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client.
- Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Tertiary education or relevant industry qualifications.
- Significant business development and sales experience on Data/Analytics/AI.
- Experience with Data on Cloud Sales.
- Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts.
- Hands-on experience with Data/analytics proposal creation and leading Data/Analytics presentations and workshops for deals.
- Experience in building business cases and utilizing those for business value articulation and negotiations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skill.
