Our Vision

About You

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced hospitality professionals who can bring energy, reliability, and a customer-first mindset to our team. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Current RSA and RCG certifications (ARCG also an advantage)
  • Previous experience in club or pub settings – across food, beverage, and gaming
  • Availability for a flexible roster, including weekends and evening shifts
  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and team leadership

The Role

As a key member of our operations team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering friendly, consistent, and high-quality customer service
  • Assisting in the day-to-day running of the venue
  • Ensuring the club is presented to a high standard at all times
  • Accurate cash handling and administrative duties
  • Supervising and mentoring front-of-house staff
  • Using digital systems such as Ebet Metropolis, SwiftPOS & more.
  • Supporting promotions and entertainment events
  • Reporting incidents in line with OLGR requirements
  • Maintaining compliance with all club policies and regulations
