**The Role**:
Join the Unity, Salford & Walnut Grove Villages as an Assistant Village Manager, where you’ll play a key role in fostering a connected, vibrant community. Working closely with the Village Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, enhance resident experiences, and lead initiatives that bring people together. This dynamic role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact, solve challenges, and help shape a thriving, supportive environment.
**Your Impact**:

- Support the seamless operation of village life, ensuring resident satisfaction is at the heart of all you do.
- Assist with financial processing, including sundries, billings and accruals, as a key part of daily village operations.
- Implement company policies and strategies that reflect Levande’s values and commitment to excellence.
- Foster strong customer relationships while contributing to effective village maintenance and enhancements.
- Champion a safe and inclusive environment for residents, staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Support the office admin processes as required.
- Support the Village Manager as required.
