**About the role**:
In this position you will support the role of the Village Services Coordinator. Offer and promote social opportunities in response to resident feedback that enhance resident involvement, encompassing Warrigal’s vision that older people will have great lives. This role requires innovation and creativity in the development of opportunities that ensure Warrigal Community Villages are vibrant, active communities that enhance a resident’s ability to live well. Provide advice and liaise with resident’s and their nominated representatives to facilitate a supported transition into the village and interact with other services that Warrigal can provide.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Understanding of the needs of older people
- Experience in administration roles
- Demonstrated planning and organisation skills
- Demonstrated oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-deciplined team
