**The role**

Mineral Resources are looking for a Village Lifestyle Superintendent to join our Site Services team.

The role reports into the Site Services General Manager and will be responsible for the onsite management of all recreation and fitness facilities. This includes driving and implementing the company wide health strategies. You will be responsible for coordinating community and village entertainment and developing sustainable wellbeing outcomes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide a high level of support to the Superintendents, Camp Managers and Site Services staff; to encourage positive social interactions
- Active promotion of health initiatives throughout the business
- Coordinate the Village health promotion calendar, workshops, seminars, site events
- Promote “Healthy choice” meal options within the villages
- Organising and managing social activities - encouraging active participation
- Manage planning of budgets and forecasted activities

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Tertiary qualifications or progression towards completion of a Diploma of Event Management
- Diploma of Nutrition (desirable)
- Extensive experience in a similar Event & Lifestyle function
- Demonstrated experience with event planning & budgeting.
- Ability to communicate and facilitate positive cultural change amongst employees and management
