**The role**:
This role exists to provide Privileged Access Management with the additional skills and experience necessary to support the aggressive expansion of the CyberArk service and to keep the bank safe from misuse of privileged accounts.

**The role and Day to day will include**:

- Design, build and deploy CyberArk integration solutions as required
- Contribute to the enhancement, uplift and continuous improvement of the CyberArk service
- Provide specialist CyberArk technical expertise and advice to support staff
- Contribute to development project related activities and meetings to support delivery of project objectives
- Perform technical problem diagnosis and use technical expertise to determine options and solutions for defects, issues and improvements in the CyberArk system and related customisations and subsystems

**What you will bring**:

- Deep technical knowledge of PAM specifically with the following toolset - CyberArk
- Deep technical knowledge of Cloud Platforms specifically - AWS (mandatory), Azure (desirable)
- Technically proficient in CI/CD concepts and automation, specifically with Terraform.
- Technical proficiency in programming, specifically with PowerShell.
- Technical knowledge of Splunk or other SIEM platforms
- Must have capability to technically understand the impact of Change to a High Availability Environment
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Architects to articulate scope to drive future state of the service
- Must be able to call out issues, blockers, and process deficiencies so that they can be addressed, and we can offer a better experience to our colleagues
- Proactively manage risk and meet all security control requirements
- Prioritization of own tasks in the Privileged Access Management space
- Creation and elaboration of backlog/own tasks in the Privileged Access Management space
- CyberArk Sentry certified (highly desirable)
- Absolutely MUST be a problem solver capable of analysing problems to establish root cause and come up with a plan to fix
- Absolutely MUST be able to work independently with mínimal guidance for engineering tasks
- Absolutely MUST be highly motivated to work in the PAM space

**Nice to haves**:
Experience with other PAM solutions e.g. BeyondTrust, Centrify Privileged Access Security, CA Privileged Access Manager
Experience with JIRA and Git for development and source code management
Experience with the use of Confluence for documentation and collaboration
Experience using DevOps concepts and techniques including SCRUM
Experience developing CyberArk custom PSM and/or CPM plugins
