IAM Solution Architect – Saviynt IGA, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk PAM

We are seeking a seasoned IAM Architect to lead the strategic design and architectural governance of a modern identity transformation program. This role is handson with the end-to-end architecture across Saviynt IGA, Microsoft Entra ID, and CyberArk PAM, ensuring alignment with business goals, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Detailed Job Description:

  • Define the IAM strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise security and digital transformation goals.
  • Provide architectural oversight across IGA, PAM, and Identity Federation domains.
  • Evaluate and recommend IAM technologies and patterns for scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Lead the design of end-to-end IAM architecture integrating Saviynt, Entra ID, and CyberArk.
  • Define target state architecture, transition states, and integration patterns.
  • Develop high-level and detailed design documents, including data flows, provisioning models, and access governance frameworks.
  • Conduct design workshops with business, security, and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable IAM solutions.
  • Present architecture decisions and trade-offs to executive and technical audiences
  • Define and enforce IAM architecture principles, standards, and patterns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security policies (e.g., least privilege, SoD, RBAC/ABAC).
  • Guide implementation teams and review solution designs for alignment with architecture.
  • Saviynt IGA: Workflow design, access request policies, certification campaigns, connector configuration.
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): Identity lifecycle, conditional access, hybrid identity, federation.
  • CyberArk PAM: Vaulting, session management, onboarding privileged accounts, integrations
  • Identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC models, SoD controls.
  • Authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC), SCIM, REST APIs.
  • Directory services (On-Prem AD, Azure AD), federation, and synchronization

Yes

BE, BTech, good to have certificates in IGA, IAM and PAM
