**About the Role**

As an Employer Support Specialist (Key Account Coordinator), you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Employers, acting as a trusted partner and point of contact. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting onboarding, driving engagement, and ensuring seamless service delivery across our superannuation offerings.

This is a highly collaborative role within the MUFG Employer Team, where your ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships will be key to conserving and growing employer membership.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Proactively manage employer accounts, ensuring accurate data and timely resolution of outstanding requirements.
- Deliver high-quality customer service across all channels, including presentations and site visits.
- Provide payroll and clearing house support, and educate employers on fund products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and administration.
- Support campaign activity and fund initiatives, including self-service and preferred clearing house adoption.
- Maintain regular communication and reporting with employers and fund stakeholders.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and face-to-face.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail and professional presentation.
- Experience in customer service or account management (superannuation experience not required).
- RG146 or equivalent highly regarded.
