**About the role**
As our company continues to grow, we want to enhance our southern Sydney and the South Coast teams' expertise in paediatrics. To do this, we are looking for a degee qualified Early Childhood Educator or allied health professional who is passionate about reaching outcomes for children and their families.

- Assist with projects which improve clinical practice and service delivery
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Deliver much needed Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services to participants within schools, homes and the community
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
- Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

**Qualifications**:
To be considered suitable you will have:
- University qualifications in one of the following fields - Early Childhood Education or Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy
- Extensive experience in working with children aged 0-7 years and families
- Experience working as a Key Worker in the NDIS sector
- Demonstrated suitability for working in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a caseload
- A desire and passion to deliver high quality, evidence-based therapeutic ECI services
- Genuine passion for working in the Disability sector
- Be an excellent communicator
